By accessing or using LinkaGoGo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Account Registration
To use LinkaGoGo, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Store or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
LinkaGoGo offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We offer a 7-day free trial for new accounts. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be taken.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all bookmarks and data you store in LinkaGoGo. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You can export your data at any time.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep LinkaGoGo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Upon account closure, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkaGoGo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
