Is there a free plan?
Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. Just sign up, pick a plan, and start using LinkaGoGo immediately. If you decide to continue after the trial, you can subscribe from your account settings.
What happens when my trial expires?
Your bookmarks remain accessible in read-only mode for one week after the trial ends. If you don't subscribe within that week, your account and all its bookmarks are automatically cleaned up. No action needed on your part — nothing to cancel, no charges, no loose ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period.
How does billing work?
All plans are billed annually. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, or cancel anytime from the Manage Billing section in your account.
What happens when my trial ends?
At the end of your 7-day trial, your chosen plan activates and billing begins. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our payment processor, Stripe.
What's the difference between subscribing on the web versus through the iOS app?
LinkaGoGo is the same app either way — your bookmarks, folders, and settings are shared across web and iOS regardless of how you pay. The difference is in how your subscription is billed and managed:
- Web (Stripe) — Subscribe at linkagogo.com/pricing. Manage billing, update your card, or cancel anytime from Account → Manage Billing. Basic is yearly only; Plus and Premium offer both monthly and yearly.
- iOS App (Apple) — Subscribe directly on your iPhone via the App Store. Apple handles billing through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel from iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Basic is yearly only; Plus and Premium offer both monthly and yearly.
If you subscribe through Apple, billing is handled entirely by Apple — LinkaGoGo cannot modify or refund App Store purchases. For refunds on App Store subscriptions, use Apple's Report a Problem page.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not satisfied, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we'll work it out.
Do you have an API?
Yes. Plus and Premium plans include access to the REST API for building scripts and automations. You can also manage bookmarks by chatting with AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT using our MCP integration.
