ICTL Help is a directory of resources to assist in getting the most out of this diploma course regardless of your previous experience with various ICT resources. It particularly includes information that will help getting started and through your early modules. More links may be added as the course progresses. The `Searching the Internet` Folder is probably thebest place to start.
