About linkaGoGo

linkaGoGo, DBA is a Boston metropolitan (USA) based business. Its founder started the linkaGoGo online favorites managing service in the spring of 2001. Initially the original idea for an online favorites service in 1999 was dropped after reading an article about existing online bookmarking services in the New York Times. However a year later the idea was revisited after realizing that other services were too slow or showed such a lack of features that they were practically unusable.

The goal for creating the linkaGoGo service was to make it so fast, feature-rich and customizable that people would consider it making their home page. To achieve this goal we designed it from the ground-up to be fast enough to rival the native bookmark lookup in a browser. Our turbo mode is an example of such design. We added a lot of features by using it ourselves a lot (hence the link reminder feature) and listening carefully (we answer within 24 hours) to the need of our members (therefor we support now more then 7 different browser bookmark formats).

Besides the service to store your bookmarks online we also provide an online bookmarking service to convert your bookmarks between the different bookmark formats.

The site is financially supported through our subscriptions (Plus and Premium) and banner ads. We do not sell usage information or spam you.
